What should I eat before I sleep?

What I do is have dinner at 8 pm and eat something at bedtime at 10pm. Obviously, I stay away from all kinds of junk and sugary foods. These items will not serve to ruin my sleep and increase my abdominal fat.

I usually like two tablespoons of my favorite almond butter before I get to bed. This makes me feel full and I can sleep very well. In addition, it is fast and without problems. You do not need to prepare it; all you have to do is take the jar of almond butter and a spoon to eat it. You can also eat other healthy products without sugar.

Therefore, it is definitely not wrong to eat before bedtime, as long as you eat healthy foods without sugar enriched with protein.
